To safeguard the interests of our users and foster mutual development, we hereby inform you that our company have decided to initiate a recall for the product KINGFA PARTICLE FILTERING HALF MASK (model: KF-A F11(RF-TD-3), lot: 25015916).  This decision follows the notification we received from the Hildesheim State Trade Supervision Bureau on November 15, 2023, concerning above-mentioned product, which was found to be non-compliant with the requirements of “Penetration of filter material" test (with test values between ~ 2% and ~ 12%) conducted by the test center of the State Trade Supervisory Office in Hildesheim. 

We kindly request your cooperation in facilitating this process. Please promptly conduct an inventory check and securing any unsold or unused products from this batch. For those products that have already been sold, initiate immediate retrieval or notify end-users to conduct a thorough inventory check and secure the items. Kindly transmit the inventory list to us via email within 72 hours, and we will promptly organize personnel for the recall and destruction of the products.
