Intelligent Manufacturing: Differentiated Filtration Customization from Source to Finished Product

Liquid Filtration (KFL) Materials

KINGFA’s meltblown liquid filtration (KFL) materials offer filtration precision from 10-100μm for coarse filtration (large pore series) to 0.5-10μm for microfiltration (small pore series). We manufacture 10-40 inch folded filter cartridges, with filtration precision, dirt-holding capacity, and production efficiency all significantly better than traditional PP cotton stick filters. These materials are widely used in home water purification, semiconductors, food and beverage, and new energy lithium battery industries.

 

General Type: Ultra-complete specifications, highly versatile, supports different filtration precision and dirt-holding capacity products.

Hydrophilic Type: Greatly improves filtration flux and reduces external pressure, achieving energy saving, FDA 21-CFR 177-1520 and ROHS compliant.

Antibacterial Type: With a unique formula and in-situ modification technology, this material achieves an antibacterial rate of 98% and effectively inhibits bacterial growth.

 

Air Filtration (KAF) Materials

KINGFA’s meltblown air filtration (KAF) materials have high efficiency, low resistance, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-mold, formaldehyde removal, and deodorizing properties. These materials can be compounded with various other materials. They are widely used in air purifiers, automobile air conditioning, and fresh air systems, offering high CCM, CADR values, dust holding capacity, and permeability.

 

General Type: Long-lasting protective performance, stores for over 3 years when sealed and kept in a dark environment at 20~25°C and 50% RH; resistant to yellowing, electrostatic decay, and can achieve filter levels from F5 to U15.

Deodorizing Antibacterial Type: Excellent deodorizing properties for isovaleric acid and acetic acid, resistant to cigarette tar, high CCM values, and long-lasting.

Formaldehyde Removal Composite Type: High formaldehyde removal efficiency and long-lasting performance. After 5 cycles, formaldehyde removal remains above 90%, compatible with other material types for various applications.

 

TPU Elastic Nonwoven Fabric

This advanced material offers exceptional performance and application potential.

 

TPU elastic nonwoven fabric is made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) through high-temperature melting, fiber spraying, fiber stacking, and bonding processes. Its unique micro-fiber mesh structure, combined with TPU's elasticity, provides excellent stretch rebound, softness, breathability, and durability. It is widely used in medical, sanitary, protective, and apparel industries.
