Intended Use 

KINGFA's Meltblown Liquid Filtration Media comprises ultrafine polypropylene fibers that are thermally bonded and interlaced, resulting in a three-dimensional micro-porous structure with a randomly arranged spatial pattern.Through the implementation of multilayer composites, our fiber structure enables the production of filtration products with varying accuracies and dirt holding capacities. The coarse filter (large pore size series) ensures filtration accuracies ranging from 13-90μm, making it ideal for pleated filter cartridges measuring 10-40 inches. This particular liquid filter material finds extensive applications in industrial and chemical liquid filtration, as well as serving as a pre-filter in folded filter cartridges for RO systems.
