Reuse of production line cooling water

1) Through long-term data accumulation and actual evaluation, the water quality of the cooling water tank is good and the water consumption is large, which has recovery value.

2) According to the use characteristics of each tank in the production line, the cooling water can fully meet the water requirements for cleaning tanks, disc brushes and rolling brushes.

3) The cooling water recovery system is designed to filter, collect, and diverge the cooling water to the cleaning tank, disc brush and roller brush for use.

4) The application of this system in each line can save about 50T of water per day, and a single workshop saves 400T/day of water.

5) The discharge water temperature of the cooling water tank is about 60℃, which increases the water temperature of the disc brush, roller brush and cleaning tank, which effectively improves the cleaning effect and saves energy.



Recycling of acid and alkali

The acid and alkali of the production line are used to clean the hand molds in order to clean the stearate, oil and other impurities on the surface of the hand molds. In order to ensure the cleaning effect, the tank needs to maintain a long-term overflow. The concentration of the overflowed waste liquid is relatively high, and it is directly discharged, resulting in a high pH of the sewage and increasing the difficulty of sewage treatment. After the evaluation, only through filtration of the sewage in the acid and alkali, it can be directly recycled.



Process flow:

1. Continue to add liquid to the acid and alkali tank at a certain flow rate;

2. The overflowing acid-alkali waste liquid enters the waste water tank, where it passes through three-stage sedimentation to filter the floating matter and sedimentation dirt, and the clear liquid enters the next step.

3. The ceramic semi-permeable membrane is used to further filter the clear liquid, and the filtered waste residue is directly discharged to the sewage station, and the filtered clear liquid is transported to the batching area through the pipeline.

4. Configure the filtered clear liquids in the preparation tank and adjust the acid and alkali to the required concentration.

5. Continuously add acid and alkali to the tank through overflow.



Comprehensive sewage diversion and reuse

According to the concentration, the water in the tank of the production line is divided into high, medium, and low concentration, and treated by grading. Reduce the cost of sewage treatment and increase the recovery rate of sewage, which can effectively save resources.

1. The high-concentration water is directly discharged to the high-concentration sewage treatment system for centralized treatment, and discharged to the sewage treatment plant after reaching the standard;

2. The medium-concentration water and low-concentration water are discharged to the reclaimed water recovery system, filtered through a semi-permeable membrane, and the filtered water is transported to the production line for further use.

3. Approximately 50% of the water can be reused through this system.
