1. Degradable Process

Q: Can you explain to me about the whole  degradable process?

A: The nitrile gloves are mixed with the bio-agent, to attract the microbes attaching to the surface of the gloves.  After a period of time, the microbes will consume and metabolize gloves into carbon dioxide and water.

Q: What is the difference between bio and normal one?

A: The normal nitrile gloves don't contain bio-agent.

Q: What does biodegradable mean? We don't understand the certificates.

A: Burning the dispose is replaced by land filling, this way is able to achieve low-carbon solutions and protect the environment.

2. Technical Standard

Q: Is your bio-gloves medical grade?

A: Yes, it is.

Q: Can they also comply to PPE requirements, regulation (EU) 2016/425 PPE?

A: Yes, they can.

Q: Why are they called biodegradable? Do them meet with certain standard?

A: Because our bio gloves are specially designed to biodegrade in both anaerobic and aerobic conditions in landfills.  And yes, our bio gloves is satisfied with ASTM D5511 and it has been passed ITS test, we can provide the relative certificate.

3. Gloves and Packaging Materials

Q: What material the biodegradable gloves are made out of ?

A: The bio gloves are made out of nitrile and bio-agent.

Q: Are they fully biodegradable including the box/carton?

A: After 90 days of incubation, the level of biodegradation for the Positive control (Reference material) was 99.43%  while  the Nitrile Gloves Sample showed 13.14%.  In addition, we can also make a biodegradable box/carton.

4. Environment Required for Degradation

Q: What types of landfill site needed?

A: The common landfill is meet the requirements.

Q: Can the gloves directly into the trash?

A: Yes it can, but you have to do the garbage sorting.

5.Price and Delivery Date

Q: Why is expensive than normal nitrile gloves?

A: Because the bio-agent is valuable.

Q: What about the lead time for a container?

A: We have an ample supply of product.

Q: Is that possible to have OTG in EU or USA?

A: Yes, it is possible.

6. Customized Demand

Q: Can we have our private label on the box/carton? If so, what are you MOQ and printing cost?

A: Yes, you can have the private label. The price is depending on your requirement, and we will provide a best price for you.

Q: Can we have 3/4 mil thickness?

A: Yes, you can have it.

Q: Is there black/purple bio gloves option?

A: Currently, there is only blue、purple and green for the bio gloves.

7. Carbon Neutrality Related

Q: I saw your website about the carbon neutral, will the bio gloves can contribute on this?      

A: It could improve the speed of carbon neutrality.

Q: What is the carbon footprint of your products?

A: The materials are processed to form as gloves, then most part of the gloves will return to nature by biodegrading,  and the non-degradable part remains in the land.
