KINGFA MEDICAL’s nitrile gloves are manufactured using imported NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) and supported by domestic advanced vulcanization dispersion systems, autonomous batching technology, and rigorous quality-control procedures. This ensures consistent performance, enhanced durability, and superior safety.
The nitrile glove production process follows strict medical-grade standards and includes:
Hand-mold sanitization
Coagulant dipping
NBR dipping (nitrile coating)
Multiple leaching stages
High-temperature vulcanization
Chlorination or polymer coating
Final leaching and thorough quality testing
Each step is carefully designed to ensure the gloves achieve the highest levels of cleanliness, comfort, chemical resistance, low residue, reduced odor, excellent weather resistance, and low extractables, meeting global compliance and performance requirements.
